高职院校食品质量与安全专业实践教学体系构建

         

摘要

With the increasing attention to food safety,the increase in the number of food processing enterprises and the expansion of the scale of enterprises,the gap between the industry on the quality and safety of related food is increasing.But the quality of food quality and safety is relatively short in higher vocational colleges.Therefore, there are relatively few researches on the practice teaching system of food quality and safety specialty in higher vocational colleges.Through this study,we build a practical teaching system of food quality and safety major in higher vocational colleges, and provide reference for other universities to establish this specialty.%随着民众对食品安全重视度的日益提高以及食品加工企业的数量的增多、企业规模的不断扩大,行业对相关食品质量与安全的技能人才的缺口在不断增大.但高职院校开设食品质量与安全专业的时间较短.因此有关高职院校食品质量与安全类专业实践教学体系构建的相关研究较少.通过本文研究,构建高职院校食品质量与安全类专业实践教学体系,为其它院校建立该专业提供参考.
