乙二醛双氧水氧化萃取制备乙醛酸研究

         

摘要

The optimum conditions of synthesis of glyoxylic acid by extraction oxidation of gyloxal with H2 O2 were as follows:Under N2 protection, trioctylamine was used as the extractant, n -octanol was used as the diluent, the volume ratio of trioctylamine to n-octanol was 1:1.5, and the reaction was carried out at 3~8℃ for 3 hours.The glyoxal conversion rate was 87.05%,the selectivity of glyoxylic acid was 71.21%.%用双氧水氧化氧化萃取乙二醛溶液合成乙醛酸优化的合成条件为:在N2保护下,选用三辛胺为萃取剂,正辛醇为稀释剂,三辛胺与正辛醇的体积比为1:1.5,在3~8℃下反应3h,乙二醛转换率为87.05%,乙醛酸选择性为71.21%.
