From the present situation of practice teaching, the practical teaching reform is carried out from the following four aspects: optimizing structure of teaching staff, optimizing practice teaching contents and methods, executing fine management of practice funds, strengthening practice teaching base construction both inside and outside schools.According to practice teaching reform, the students' innovative spirit and practice ability are cultivated, and practice teaching quality and yield highly desirable results are improved.%针对金属材料工程专业实践教学的现状,从优化师资队伍结构、优化实践教学内容和方法、实行实践教学经费精细化管理、加强校内外实践教学基地建设等4个方面进行实践教学改革.通过实践教学改革,培养了学生的创新精神和实践能力,提高了实践教学质量,取得了良好的效果.
