Bilingual teaching is a hot issue of the teaching reform of college education. The implementation of industrial chemical bilingual teaching was expounded and the problem of bilingual teaching such as the selection of teaching materials and the use of teaching methods and means were discussed in this paper.%双语教学是目前高校教育教学改革的一个热点问题。阐述了工业化学双语教学的实施过程，对在进行双语教学过程中教材的选用及教学方法与手段的运用等问题进行了探讨。
