苯甲酰氯生产工艺的优化

         

摘要

This paper compared the toluene method, phosgene method and benzoic acid silicon tetrachloride method production benzoyl chloride process, optimizing the toluene method; Using the toluene method after production because of the defect of production process, leading to product unqualified was often happened;Through the process after the transformation, the qualification rate of products benzoyl chloride by 83.42% to 99.2%, at the same time yield from 86.43% up to 95.23% ; New technology made tail gas escape were greatly reduced, thus the maximum extent, reduced pollution to the environment.%比较了甲苯法、光气法与苯甲酸四氯化硅法生产苯甲酰氯的工艺后,优选出甲苯法;采用此法后由于生产流程的缺陷问题,导致产品中不合格现象时有发生;通过对工艺进行改造后,苯甲酰氯成品的合格率由83.42%上升到99.2%,同时收率由原来的86.43%上升至95.23%;新工艺使尾气的逃逸大幅度减少。从而最大程度上减少对环境的污染。
