With the increase of coal mining depth and mining intensity, the gas emission quantity of coal seam is increasing, and the gas prevention and control is an urgent need to solve the problem of high gas coal mine. The principle of gas drainage in high level suction roadway is analyzed, by used in 28201 working face of a mine, the effect of gas drainage is well, the gas drainage roadway arrangement was a success successful.%随着煤矿向深部开采及开采强度的增大，煤层瓦斯涌出量增大，防治瓦斯是高瓦斯矿井迫切需要解决的问题。该文分析了高抽巷抽放瓦斯的原理，对某矿28201工作面布置了高抽巷，瓦斯抽采效果良好，瓦斯抽放巷布置是成功的。
