PBL教学法在急性硬膜下血肿诊治教学中的应用效果

         

摘要

目的 观察问题式学习(PBL)教学法在急性硬膜下血肿诊治教学中的应用效果.方法 将60名实习学生随机分为PBL教学组和传统教学组,各30名.传统教学组用传统教学方法教学,PBL教学组用PBL教学法教学,两组授课老师相同.教学内容为急性硬膜下血肿的病程、诊断及治疗及12例病例资料分析.教学完毕用相同试卷对两组学生进行考试,计算高分率(考试成绩85分以上),同时让实习学生进行教学满意度评价,计算总满意率.结果 PBL教学组25名(83.3%)、传统教学组12名(40.0%)考生考试成绩为高分,PBL教学组高分率高于传统教学组,P<0.05.PBL教学组满意24名,基本满意4名,不满意2名,总满意率93.3%;传统教学组分别为15、8、7名和76.7%,PBL教学组总满意率高于传统教学组(P<0.05).结论 PBL教学法用于急性硬膜下血肿诊治教学效果优于传统教学方法.%Objective To observe the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method on diagnosis and treatment of acute subdural hematoma.Methods Sixty students were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 in each.Students in the control group were taught with traditional teaching method, while students in the observation group were treated with PBL teaching method.They were taught with the same teachers and the same course.The course contained the disease course, diagnosis and treatment, and analysis on the clinical data of 12 cases.The two groups were tested with the same papers, the high score (85 points or more) rate was calculated.Meanwhile, we let students do the teaching satisfaction evaluation, and the total satisfaction rate was calculated.Results Twenty-five students (83.3%) in the observation group and 23 students (40%) in the control group got high scores, the high score rate in observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05.The satisfaction evaluation result was satisfied in 24, basic satisfied in 4, unsatisfied in 2, and the total satisfaction rate was 93.3%, in the observation group, versus 15, 8, 7 and 76.7% in the control group.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion PBL is superior to traditional teaching methods in the teaching on the diagnosis and treatment of acute subdural hematoma.
