目的 探讨趋化因子受体CXCR4在肾透明细胞癌发生、发展中的作用.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测53份肾透明细胞癌组织(观察组)及20份癌旁肾组织(对照组)中CXCR4的表达,并分析其与肾透明细胞癌临床病理参数的关系.结果 观察组CXCR4阳性率为62.2%,对照组为30.0%,两组比较P＜0.05;CXCR4表达与肾透明细胞癌淋巴结转移、组织分级、临床分期有关,而与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径无关.结论 CXCR4的高表达可能对肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展起促进作用,其可作为肾透明细胞癌预后的重要参考指标.%Objective To investigate the roles of cysteine-X-cysteine chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4)in the genesis and development of clear cell renal cel1 cancer. Methods The expression of CXCR4 was tested by immunohistochemical method in 53 cases of clear cell renal cell cancer specimens( observed group) and 20 cases of peri-cancerous renal specimens( control group), and the relationship between the expression of CXCR4 and clinicopathological parameter of clear cell renal cell cancer were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CXCR4 in observed group and control group was 62.2％ and 30.0％ respectively , P ＜ 0. 05. The expression of CXCR4 was relevant to lymph node status , clinical stage and histologic grade,but was not correlated with tumor size ,the age and gender of patients. Conclusion High expression of CXCR4 possibly may improve the genesis and development of clear cell renal cell cancer,and can be used as an important prognostic index of clear cell renal cell cancer.
