Because of overtime service of No.1 and No.2 waste hearting boiler of 120 m2 sintering machine area, the steam heater burning loss and steam heater sagging deformation in Jinan Steel, the reforming project was implemented included matching 1 set steam overheater, 1 set waste heating boiler, 1 set water per-heater at No.1 chimney;adding 1 set waste heating boiler, 1 set water per-heater at No.2 chimney;matching 1 set water per-heater at No.3 chimney. After reforming the recoverable heat quantity average monthly is increased from 5.12×107 J to 7.64×107 J,waste heat boiler produces stability, outward supplying steam is 5 t/h with the exception of satisfied sintering process consumption.% 济钢120烧结区域1#、2#余热锅炉因超期服役，蒸汽发生器烧损，蒸汽加热器下垂变形，改造在1#烟囱处配置蒸汽过热器、余热锅炉、水预热器各1台，2#烟囱处配置余热锅炉、水预热器各1台，3#烟囱处配置水预热器1台。改造后平均月回收热量由5.12×107 J增加为7.64×107 J，余热锅炉产汽量稳定，除满足烧结工艺消耗外，外供蒸汽量达5 t/h。
