利用有限元软件对特殊断面宽钢带的轧制过程建立了仿真模型，并利用LS/Dyna软件对轧制过程进行了仿真模拟，得出了特殊断面宽钢带的变形情况。结果表明，在满足合理配辊制度的条件下，轧件的板形良好，应力分布均匀；合理的轧制制度能够使得金属流动均匀，轧制力分布得到改善。% The simulation model of special section strip during rolling process was established by FEM software and the rolling process was made simulation by LS/Dyna software, deformation of the special section strip was obtained. The results showed that the reasonable match system can make the strip shape better and the distribution of stress evenly. The reasonable rolling system can also make evenly stretching of metal.
