Principle transplanting method and literature review are used to elaborate cultural discount,and the dilemma in the modernization of traditional Chinese development are discussed from the angle of culture.It points out cultural discount is the cause of trouble,and put forward that to reduce cultural discount is the way for the modernization of Chinese traditional martial arts development.China traditional Wushu should realize modernization transformation based on "tradition",transform language expression of traditional martial arts, selective treatment of the traditional martial arts spread content,expand domestic traditional Wushu popularity.%采用移植、文献资料等方法对文化贴现进行阐述，从文化的角度探讨分析中国传统武术的现代化发展困境，指出文化贴现是造成困境的原因，并提出降低文化贴现是中国传统武术现代化发展的出路。研究得出：中国传统武术应在“传统性”基础上进行现代化的转型、转换传统武术的表述语言、选择性对待传统武术跨境传播内容、扩大国内传统武术普及。
