采用问卷调查、实地考察等方法对山东省的10所少儿拉丁舞培训机构的290名学员和16名教师进行调查研究，研究结果显示：山东省少儿拉丁舞处于起步发展与完善阶段，拉丁舞教师的专业水平不高，被抽查的学员性别、年龄、学习时间差别较大，场地设施缺乏和教学器材较少，课程设置不统一，学校根据现有师资进行开课，没有规范的教学大纲和教材等。%In order to discuss shandong province children Latin dance development condition, through methods of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,an investigation was conducted on 300 students and 16 teachers in shandong province ’s 10 children Latin dance training organizations,and the findings demonstrated that shandong province children Latin dance is in the starting phase;teachers’specialized level is not high;the sex,age and study time difference among the investigated is big;teaching facilities equipment are not enough;the curriculum is not unified,without standard program of instruction and teaching materials.
