Objective:To evaluate the effect of periradicular surgery in the treatment of anterior teeth periradicular diseases. Methods:Ten patients were selected for the study. After the periradicular surgery, all patients were followed up for 12 months and assessed for their treatment effects both clinically and radiographically. Results: The gingiva and epithelial attachment of these teeth returned to normal one month later after operation. Radiographically checking in the following up period of 3-12 months revealed that the periradicular bone became indistinguishable from the surrounding normal bone, which indicated the completion of bone regeneration. Conclusion:The periradicular surgery is an effective method in the treatment of anterior teeth periradicular diseases which can be performed in the department of stomatology of the community health service center.%目的：评价根周外科手术治疗多个前牙根周病的效果。方法：收集多个前牙根尖周病变患者10例，常规根周手术后随访，随访期限为完成治疗后的12个月，对患牙作临床与X线片评估，判断治疗效果。结果：术后1个月牙龈及上皮附着基本恢复正常。术后3～12个月复查X线片显示根周骨与周围正常骨已无明显区别，表明已有完全骨再生。结论：根周外科手术治疗多个前牙根周病的效果可靠，社区医院口腔科也可开展。
