目的：了解浦东新区社区卫生服务中心注册全科医生的基本情况。方法：采用定量分析法，对截止至2012年12月31日在浦东新区45家社区卫生服务中心注册的全科医师的数量、年龄、职称、岗位情况进行分析。结果：浦东新区45家社区卫生服务中心共有在岗执业全科医师937人，本科及以上学历占78.55%。高、中、初级职称比例为1：18：7,平均年龄为39.26岁，分布在全科、中医科、医技科、公共卫生和管理5个岗位。平均每家社区卫生服务中心有全科医师20.82人，每万常住人口全科医师数1.86人。结论：浦东新区全科医师学历和年龄结构比较合理，中级职称比例较高。但全科医师数量不足的问题突出，队伍建设也有待进一步加强。%Objective:To ifnd out the basic situation of the registered general practitioners(GP) in the community health service centers in Pudong New District. Methods: The number, age, job titles, and posts of the registered GP in 45 community health service centers in Pudong New District were analyzed with the quantitative analysis method for the deadline to December 31, 2012. Results: In Pudong New District, 45 community health service centers employed 937 practicing GP on-the-job, whose educational background with bachelor degree or above accounted for 78.55%. The proportions of the high, medium and primary titles were 1:18:7, and their average age 39.26 years old. They worked in the ifve departments of GP, traditional Chinese medicine, medical technology, public health, and management. Each community health service center had 20.82 GP, and there were 1.86 GP per ten thousand permanent resident populations. Conclusion:The educational background and age structure of GP in Pudong New District are reasonable, and proportion of the intermediate title is higher. But the problem of the insufifcient number of GP is prominent, and the team construction also needs to be further strengthened.
