国有企业人才流失的原因及对策研究

         

摘要

ABSTRACT Human resource is a very important capital for the modern enterprises to participate in competition in the future and also for long-term development of the business. Since talent is essential for the operation and development of enterprises, the loss of talent has a serious impact on business. Some countermeasures for preventing the loss of talents, which are suitable for China’s enterprises, were suggested by analysis of the management of human resource and the reasons for brain drain, and also by referring to the management theory of foreign human resource. The key is to strengthen the human resources management and shift the personnel management from the traditional to the modern paradigm.%  人力资源是现代企业参与未来竞争的重要资本,也是企业长期发展的最重要资源。人才是企业经营和发展不可或缺的,因此人才的流失对企业有严重的影响。本文通过对国有企业人力资源管理措施以及人才流失的原因进行分析,同时参考了国内外人力资源管理的理论,提出了适合于我国国有企业的防止人才流失的措施,关键是加强人力资源管理,要从传统的人事管理向现代人力资源开发的模式转变。
