针对医药分离的医改目标，文章通过分析当前医院药品物流管理的现状，提出应用信息化手段管理医院药品供应链的方法，分析社会资源在医院物流管理中的应用，并介绍了国外流行的医院物流管理模式，初步探讨SPD模式在国内的发展方向。%The methods for the management of the medical supply chain based on information technology were proposed by analyzing the current situation of logistics management of hospital drugs in order to achieve the ifnal goal of medical reform on the separation of medicine and pharmacy. The application of social resources in hospital logistics management was analyzed. The common model for hospital logistic management used in foreign countries was introduced and the development direction of SPD model in our country was discussed.
