本文通过文献分析法研究英国公平交易委员会提议的两种价值定价模式及其运作要点，分析英国药品价值定价机制的内容与发展趋势。英国的药品价值定价机制符合价格管理实践目标，值得借鉴。%To understand the content and development tendency of value-based medicine pricing in UK by search of literatures and analysis of the two kinds of pricing models and their key points in operation proposed by Ofifce of Fair Trading. Value-based pricing(VBP) in UK is in line with the target of price management practice and worth learning.
