TMCP型F500船板钢显微组织及性能的研究

         

摘要

使用低碳SiMnCrNbTi微合金钢连铸坯,通过控轧控冷(TMCP)工艺成功开发出F500超高强度厚船板.研究了变形奥氏体连续冷却相变动力学和显微组织的变化规律,测试了钢板的力学性能.分析钢板的显微组织和断裂特征,F500厚船板组织为针状铁素体和准多边形铁素体复合组织,屈服强度大于520 MPa,在-80℃低温冲击韧性不小于200 J.%A F500 plate steel for shipbuilding was successfully developed by using a low carbon steel with micro SiMnCrNbTi composition via an integrated technical route consisting of hot metal processing, BOF, LF, RH, CC and thermo mechanical controlled processing (TMCP) steps. Continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram of the subject steel was constructed. Mechanical properties of the plate were evaluated and the microstructure was characterized. A mixture of acicular ferrite and quasi-polygonal ferrite was achieved in the center of the hot rolled steel plate. The impact fracture behavior of the plate at low temperatures was also studied. High performance F500 plate with room temperature yield strength greater than 520 MPa and Charpy impact toughness greater than 200 J even at - 80 °C was achieved.
