Objective To explore the inner feelings and life experiences of maintenance hemodialysis patients with indwelling central venous catheter (CVC)during the treatment. Methods A total of 12 maintenance hemodialysis patients with CVC were chosen from Songjiang Branch,Shanghai General Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University during January to December 2014. The phenomenology method was employed to interview the patients,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi's seven steps of phenomenological analysis. Results Four themes were summed up:physical discomfort,the effects of catheter on daily life,heavy psychological burden, and positive coping and adaptation. Conclusion Nursing staff should be fully aware of and understand the patients'situation,confusion,life experiences and needs,strengthen the management of hemodialysis vascular access,assist patients in the maintenance of catheter and in the prevention of relevant complications,improve the quality of catheter and its service time,and ultimately improve dialysis effect and patients'quality of life.%目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者中心静脉导管(central venous catheter,CVC)带管生活的真实感受和内心体验.方法 选取2014年1—12月于上海交通大学附属第一人民医院松江分院血液净化中心留置CVC的患者12例,采用现象学研究方法,对其进行半结构式深入访谈,并运用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析资料.结果 共归纳出4个主题,为躯体的不适、导管对日常生活的影响、心理负担重和积极应对与适应.结论 护理人员应充分了解CVC患者带管生活的现状与困惑、体验与需求,加强血管通路的管理,帮助患者做好导管维护,预防各种并发症,延长导管使用寿命,提高透析效果,改善患者生命质量.
