针对上海郊区新城普遍存在的＂产城不融合＂现象,从＂产城融合＂概念的实质内涵出发,研究产业结构与就业结构的关系,以及就业结构对城市发展的影响等普遍规律,并应用于青浦新城实际案例,指出新城发展的关键问题,即高科技产业的发展和新城建设所带来的高素质人口集聚形成互动,形成产业与人口不断升级的良性循环,是上海郊区新城＂产城融合＂的必由之路,并提出青浦新城实现产城融合的具体途径。%For the phenomenon of ＂urban and industrial area separation＂ in the suburb of Shanghai, this article studies the concept of urban and industrial integration, and then studies the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure, and the general law of employment structure on the impact of urban development, and applies the genneral law to practical cases——Qingpu. The author points out that the key issues of the new city development is high-tech industry bring about high-quality population accumulation, forming a virtuous circle of industry and population development. That is the the only way of development of new city. This article proposes specific measures to achieve urban and industrial integration.
