Taking a new special passenger line as an example,according to the technology requirements of specific pure observation network,this paper researched the high speed railway plane control survey and elevation control survey field practice,interior work data process method, through the contrast analysis on pure observation network repetition measurement data,pointed out that the measurement result could be used as a technical basis of control of benchmark and construction lofting.%以某新建客运专线为例，根据专用精测网的技术要求，研究了高速铁路平面控制测量及高程控制测量外业实施、内业数据处理的方法，通过对精测网复测数据的对比分析，指出其测量结果可以作为控制基准及施工放样的技术依据。
