According to climatic conditions in the northeast cold area of our country,analysis the energy consumption of northeast China residen-tial construction,summarizes the main houses at present in view of the characteristics of the building in northeast proposed the construction of en-ergy-saving technologies,so as to provide some reference for the design and research of green building.%针对我国东北严寒地区的气候条件，分析了东北民宅建筑的耗能情况，总结了目前针对东北建筑特点提出的主要民宅建筑节能技术，为绿色建筑的设计研究提供了参考。
