This paper introduced the concept of building structure energy dissipation damping,discussed the common method of energy dissipation damper technology in structure design,and combining with the engineering examples,from the shear layer and inter layer displacement angle two aspects,compared and analyzed the seismic performance setting of structure and original structure of effectiveness,pointed out that the energy dissipation damping design could increase the safety of structure.%介绍了建筑结构消能减震的概念，探讨了消能减震技术在结构设计中常用的方法，并结合工程实例，从层剪力与层间位移角两方面，对比分析了设置消能器的结构和原结构的抗震性能，指出消能减震设计能够增加结构的安全性。
