Taking the commercial-residential building facade transformation design as an example,the paper introduces external wall,door and window,housing and facade transformation design points,describes facade transformation structure design and construction points from two as-pects of steel reinforced concrete structure and steel structure,so as to make commercial-residential building achieve economical,beautiful,com-fortable and rational effect.%以某商住楼立面改造设计为例，介绍了外墙、门窗、屋面等立面改造建筑设计要点，并从钢筋混凝土结构与钢结构两方面，阐述了立面改造结构设计及施工要点，使该商住楼达到了经济、美观、适用、合理的效果。
