Based on the development for the planning environment’s influence on the evaluation in China,the paper illustrates the development of the planning environment’s influence from the establishment of management institute,improvement of technical measures,construction talents and collection of effective information,so as to realize the environment-friendly society.%基于我国规划环境影响评价的发展现状，从设立管理机构、完善技术手段、建设人才队伍、收集有效信息等方面，阐明了规划环境影响评价的发展途径，有利于实现环境友好型社会的建设目标。
