Combining with the engineering cases,the paper illustrates some problems in the numeric simulation of the geotechnical projects from the excessive refinement,impractical plastic scopes,geological investigation and massive judgment,and points out some strategies,so as to en-hance the efficiency and reliability of the numeric analysis of the geotechnical projects.%结合工程实例，从精细化过度、塑性区范围不合实际、地质调查和宏观判断等方面，阐述了岩土工程数值模拟中存在的问题，并提出了一些应对策略，有助于提高岩土工程数值分析的效率和可靠性。
