According to the analysis of the development status of road construction in China,the paper explores the new construction craft for the prestressed anchor cable and anchor rod in road projects,illustrates the application of the high performance concrete and gap grading rubber as-phalt materials,and points out the new techniques and materials can enhance the high-qualified development of road projects.%通过分析国内公路建设的发展现状，探讨了公路工程中预应力锚索及锚杆的新施工工艺技术，并阐述了高性能混凝土以及间断级配橡胶沥青材料的应用情况，指出新技术新材料的应用有利于促进公路工程的高品质发展。
