介绍了 PPP 模式的概念，论述了 PPP 模式在国外的发展状况，结合四川当地的地理、交通、政策、经济等条件，分析了 PPP模式在四川应用的可行性，并从法律法规、人才培养、管理机制等方面，提出了一系列推广应用 PPP 模式的策略。%This paper introduced the concept of PPP model,discussed the development of PPP mode in foreign countries,combining with Sichuan local geography,transportation,policy,economic and other conditions,analyzed the feasibility of PPP model applied in Sichuan,and from the laws and regulations,personnel training,management mechanism and other aspects,put forward a series of strategies promotion and application of PPP model.
