This paper made treatment to outer bank macadam track bed area soft foundation of Hangzhou metro Line 2 Shushan depot using bidi-rectional cement mixing pile,introduced the design standard of bidirectional cement mixing pile,and elaborated its construction technology and quality inspection requirements,through the construction quality inspection showed that the single pile bearing capacity and composite foundation bearing capacity both could meet the design requirements,the foundation treatment effect was good.%采用双向水泥搅拌桩对杭州地铁2号线蜀山车辆段库外碎石道床区软土地基进行了处理，介绍了双向水泥搅拌桩的设计标准，并对其施工技术及质量检验要求进行了阐述，通过施工质量检验表明：其单桩承载力及复合地基承载力均能满足设计要求，地基处理效果较好。
