The paper analyzes the status on the built roads along Zhaotong-Huize Expressway in Yunnan,explores the adoption of the upgrading and expansion scheme for built semi-range expressway and the newly-built semi-range expressway,and illustrates the roadbed design methods from the selection for roadbed sections and combination of old and new roadbeds,so as to promote the stability and loading capability of the new and old roadbeds.%分析了云南省邵通至会泽公路已建道路的情况，探讨了利用已建成的半幅高速公路，新建半幅实现全幅高速公路改扩建的方案，并以路基断面选择与新老路基结合处理两方面阐述了路基设计方法，以提升新老路基的稳定性和承载力。
