根据水利枢纽工程和新疆南疆的气候特点，结合实例，对新疆南疆水利枢纽工程建设过程中水土流失的特征进行了分析，并在此基础上提出了适合南疆水利枢纽工程建设的水土流失治理措施。%According to the characteristics of water conservancy project and climate in the south of Xinjiang,with examples,based on the analy-sis of the characteristics of the soil and water loss that produced in south of Xinjiang water conservancy project construction process,the control measures of soil and water loss for southern water conservancy project construction were proposed.
