The paper analyzes the aims of architectural engineering quality management,researches the problems of the current engineering quality management from human,mechanism,environment,materials,and craft,and provides respective management strategies,so as to en-hance the efficiency of the architectural engineering quality management.%综合分析了建筑工程质量管理的目标，从人、机械、环境、材料、工艺五个影响工程质量管理的因素入手，对当前工程质量管理存在的问题进行了研究，并给出了相应的管理策略，以增强建筑工程质量管理的有效性。
