This paper analyzed the causes of qualified closed water test,but still the leakage of bathroom waterproof construction,according to waterproof engineering did not form a 3D,auxiliary material quality control not strict,finished products protection and other problems,emphati-cally discussed the control measures of bathrooms waterproofing failure,in order to reduce the leakage phenomenon.%分析了卫生间防水施工虽然闭水试验合格，但仍发生渗漏现象的原因，针对防水工程未形成立体化、辅材质量控制不严、成品保护不力等问题，着重探讨了卫生间防水失效的控制措施，以减少渗漏现象的发生。
