The paper analyzes common shielding tunnel construction safety accidents causes,discusses the necessity of studying shielding tunnel construction risks,and discusses preventive measures to shielding tunnel exit construction risks,excavation instability risks and internal tunnel collapse accidents and so on,with a view to guarantee smooth engineering implementation.%通过对盾构法施工中常见安全事故原因的分析，论述了盾构隧道施工风险研究的必要性，并对盾构进出洞施工风险、开挖面失稳风险、洞内塌方事故风险等规避措施进行了研究，以确保项目工程的顺利实施。
