对旨在提高美国STEM学科女大学生教育水平的干预计划进行了分类，总结了干预计划应着重考虑的四个因素，指出建筑工程类隶属于STEM学科体系，美国的女性STEM学科对我国建筑工程类学科女大学生教育问题有重要启示：可以深化该方面的理论研究，丰富教育实践活动的类型和内容，并重视加强政府的引导作用。%The STEM intervention programs aiming to improve the female education level are classified,and four factors should be emphasized for the implementation of STEM intervention programs. In China,the female undergraduate education in civil engineering should be taken seriously, the theoretic analysis should be further studied,the types and content of intervention programs should be enriched,and the guidance of govern-ment should be stressed.
