通过对天津市滨海新区东堤路市政道路工程试验段的工程实践，介绍了石灰处治海底淤泥用作路基填料的应用条件、施工控制技术，并总结了该施工过程的优点和缺点。%Through the engineering practice of municipal road engineering test section of Tianjin Binhai new area tung road,this paper introduced the application condition,construction technology of lime treatment of sea mud used as sub-grade filling,and summarized the advantages and dis-advantages of this construction process.
