Taking the engineering as the background,the article studies the foundation construction safety monitoring measures,establishes foun-dation support model according to parameters known by applying GTS,specifically illustrates the engineering foundation monitoring element instal-lation,and describes its construction procedures,installation methods and matters needing attention in construction process,which has laid a foundation for continuous foundation construction safety monitoring.%以某工程为依托，就基坑施工过程中的安全监控措施进行了相应研究，根据相关已知参数运用软件GTS建立了基坑支护模型，对工程基坑体监测过程中的监测元件安装作了详细的阐述，将监测中的各项内容从监测元件的施工工序、安装方法以及注意事项等方面进行了具体的说明，对基坑后续的施工安全监控奠定了基础。
