为研究活性炭—纳米TiO2复合光催化技术在汽车空调滤清器中的应用,了解其对PM2.5和TVOC的净化效果,制作了以无纺布作为支撑体,活性炭和光催化剂纳米二氧化钛( TiO2)附着其上的复合材料滤芯,通过与一辆新乘用汽车自带的普通活性炭滤芯的净化实验结果对比,指出该滤芯提高了对PM2.5和TVOC的净化率,弥补了现有技术的不足,推动了空调滤清器滤芯的升级换代。%Objective to study the activated carbon,nanometer TiO2 composite photocatalytic technology application in the automobile air condi-tioner filter,understand its purification effect of PM2. 5 and TVOC. Method to non-woven fabric as a supporting body,activated carbon and cata-lyst on the nanometer titanium dioxide( TiO2 )attached to the composite filter,with a new passenger car with common active carbon filter purifica-tion experiment results of contrast. Point out the filter improves the purification rate of PM2. 5 and TVOC,make up for the deficiency of the exist-ing technology,promote upgrading of the air conditioning filter cartridge.
