Combining with the present situation of rail transportation development,this paper discussed in detail the application and development of steel rail vibration absorbing technology,elastic steel rail fastener,vibration damping type rail foundation and rail vibration damping material, was conducive to large-scale construction of China’s major city rail transit.%结合轨道交通发展现状，对钢轨吸振技术、弹性钢轨扣件、减振型轨下基础及轨道减振材料的应用和发展进行了详细论述，有利于我国各大城市轨道交通的大规模建设。
