According to the present situation of not ideal compaction effect of filling stone,secondly stone roadbed traditional compaction mechan-ical,in view of the skeleton stability principle of asphalt concrete,changed the traditional roadbed compacting stability as skeleton embedded sta-bility,introduced the compaction construction process,through a series of construction test research,analyzed the feasibility of the process,and determined the best mechanical combination and process parameters,provided technical support for the application of rock fill compaction con-struction this technology in highway.%针对填坚石、次坚石路基传统碾压机械碾压效果不理想的现状，借鉴沥青混凝土的骨架稳定原理，改变传统的路基密实稳定为骨架镶嵌稳定，引进了强夯施工工艺，通过一系列的施工试验研究，分析了这一工艺的可行性，并确定了最佳机械组合和工艺参数，为填石路基强夯施工这一工艺在高速公路中的运用提供了技术保障。
