This paper analyzed the soft soil causes along Ningqi railway, and combining with the physical mechanics analyzed the soft soil engi-neering properties, introduced the soft soil treatment measures along Ningqi railway, elaborated the dig for filling, drying, ash mixing, composite pile foundation and other technologies, accumulated experience for soft foundation treatment.%对宁启铁路沿线松软土成因进行分析，并结合物理力学指标分析松软土的工程性质，介绍了宁启铁路沿线松软土处理措施，就挖除换填、翻挖晾晒、掺灰拌合、复合桩基等技术作了阐述，为松软地基处理积累了经验。
