结合贵州省某高速公路项目，对项目管理过程中PDCA循环原理进行了介绍，并对项目精细化管理过程中面临的困难进行了分析，提出了项目精细化管理过程中业主应采取的主要措施，以充分发挥业主的管理作用，抓好精细化工作。%Combining with a highway project in Guizhou, this paper introduced the PDCA circulation principle in project management process, and analyzed the facing difficulties in project fine management process, put forward the main measures for the owners should be taken in project fine management process, to give full play to the role of owners management role, to grasp the fine work.
