The paper studies civil building water supply and drainage design problems including pipeline distance,water pollution and drainage pipe design and so on,summarizes civil building water supply and drainage design matters from three aspects of water supply,drainage and un-derground water sealing design,so as to both play the role of water supply and drainage system design and meet people’s living demands.%对民用建筑给排水设计中管道的间距问题、水污染问题、排水管设计问题等进行了研究，从给水、排水、地漏水封设计三个角度总结了民用建筑给排水设计需注意的一些问题，使给排水系统设计既能发挥出其应有的作用，又能满足人们的生活需求。
