以支撑发酵罐群的钢筋混凝土单层框架结构为研究对象，分析了两种柱网布置形式对底座框架结构抗震设计的影响，论述了水平以及竖向地震作用的计算过程，并对体系地震影响系数的取值提出了建议，指出正交布置柱网情况下框架梁应考虑竖向地震的影响。%Taking the single story frame structure of support fermentation tank group reinforced concrete as the research object,this paper ana-lyzed the influence of two column layout forms to pedestal frame structure seismic design,discussed the calculation process of horizontal and verti-cal seismic effect,and suggested the value of system earthquake influence coefficient,and pointed out that the framework should consider the in-fluence of vertical seismic under orthogonal grid layout situation.
