In this paper,detailed analysis of the current situation of the development of forestry resources in China,the main characteristics of forest resources in our country,points out the current our country forest resources per capita deficiencies,low quality of forest resources,forest using the change of the pattern of forest resources quality put forward higher requirements,puts forward the optimization method of forest re-sources,finally choose the scientific methods of afforestation technology,the categorized management of forest resources,improve the efficiency of the use of forest resources,strengthen the development countermeasure such as natural forest protection.%详细分析了我国林业资源的发展现状及森林资源的主要特点，指出了当前我国森林资源存在人均不足、森林资源质量低、森林利用方式转变对林业资源质量提出了更高要求等问题，最后提出采取优化利用森林资源方式、选用科学的营林造林技术、分类经营森林资源、提高林木资源的利用效率、加强天然林保护等发展对策。
