介绍了新常态下工程项目管理中建设方的职责及存在的问题，主要对新常态下施工项目在设计、分包、工程设备、进度等方面的工程管理措施进行了研究，为建筑企业的健康稳定发展奠定了基础。%The paper introduces construction operator’s responsibilities and existing problems of engineering project management in new normal situation,and mainly studies engineering management measures in new normal situation from aspects of construction project design,sub-contrac-ting,engineering equipment and schedule and so on,which has laid a foundation for healthy and stable development of building enterprises.
