For drilling characteristics and current status of safety management of construction work,according to the drilling construction imple-mentation of the order,the basic principle of event tree analysis method,each of the processes involved in drilling construction one by one,the dangerous and harmful factors of system,qualitative analysis and research,on the basis of various construction links corresponding prevention measures are put forward,with the scientific management idea for drilling construction safety management and the analysis method.%针对钻探施工工作特点和当前安全管理的现状，按照钻探施工实施顺序，应用事件树分析法的基本原理，对钻探施工中每一环节存在的危险有害因素逐一进行了系统、定性地分析与研究，在此基础上提出了各个施工环节相应的预防措施，为钻探施工安全管理注入科学的管理理念和分析方法。
