Through investigation and research,the paper analyzes new university campus building problems,and explores solving strategies to large-scale land occupation,large distance of new and old campus,and irrational functional layout and so on,with a view to scientifically and ra-tionally building new campus from the aspect of teachers and students.%通过调查研究，分析了大学新建校区建设存在的问题，针对占地规模大、新老校区距离远、功能布局不合理等现象探讨了解决策略，以期从教职工及学生的角度出发，科学合理地进行新校区建设。
