从小区室外配套市政工程的施工管理现状出发，针对存在的问题，并结合成片开发的小区施工现场管理的工程实践，提出了施工单位、建设单位和监理单位各方行之有效的改进方法和措施，为进一步提高工程现场管理质量奠定基础。%Through the analysis of building outdoor municipal project construction management present situation.
