The thesis studies unit-price bidding contract settlement engineering project,describes three phases of pre-auditing preparation,spe-cific auditing and post-auditing,and explores BOQ auditing and unit-prices determination methods,with a view to provide some guidance.%对采用中标合同单价进行结算的工程项目进行了研究，并从审核前准备、具体审核及审核后分析三个阶段进行了阐述，主要探讨了工程量审核及单价的确定方法，以供参考。
